On February 8, our university hosted an fulltime tour of the Radioolimpiad for students of 7-9 grades. The event was attended by schoolchildren from Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Donetsk, Luhansk regions, as well as from Kharkov and Kharkov region.
At the opening of the Olympics, the dean of the faculty of the RBECS, Shulga S.N. and the chairman of the organizing committee of the Radioimpiadia Legenky M.N. addressed the students, as well as their teachers and parents.
After that, students were offered tasks on radiophysical topics.
Next, lunch and acquaintance of schoolchildren with the RBECS faculty took place. At the same time, a lecture on the fundamentals of radiophysics was made by the deputy dean of the faculty RBECS Dumin A.N., also experiments on radiophysical topics were shown to children.
At the end of the event the winners were awarded. A separate prize from the organizers was awarded to the author of the best work of the remote tour Kurov Daria.
Moreover, all participants received diplomas and certificates from the organizing committee. Pupils who received first place (Opeida Stanislav, Christian Samorodov, Khaidarova Aziza) were presented with 3-D pens from the organizing committee of the Radioolimpiad. Schoolchildren who won second place received flash drives from the sponsor of the event of the international organization IEEE.
