On October 22, as part of the cooperation agreement, the RBECS faculty organized an excursion to the radiophysical observatory (near the village of Gaidary) for students of the 10th grade of Kharkiv School No. 87. The bus of KNU named after V.N. Karazin delivered the students to the observatory, and after graduation took them back to school. Children visited a full-circle antenna complex for vertical sounding of the ionosphere, partial reflection and Doppler sounding radars, complexes for satellite monitoring of dynamic processes in the ionosphere. During the tour, students listened to a lecture on the purpose of these complexes and systems, on high-energy processes in the ionosphere, the effects of which can record systems in the observatory, on geomagnetic and geocosmic storms, and foreign studies in the field of near-Earth space. Future applicants were actively interested in this topic and posed relevant questions. Then the students visited the dining room, where they were provided with hot drinks. After lunch, representatives of the RBECS faculty spoke about the features of studying at the faculty and the possibilities of admission
