On October 7, 2020, the elections of the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took place. Academician Anatoly Glebovich Zagorodny was elected President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine by secret ballot by a two-thirds majority. Zagorodny A.G. is graduate 1972 of the Department of Theoretical Radiophysics of our Faculty. Congratulations to Anatoly Glebovich on his election to this position! We are convinced that his professional qualities, work experience, energy and dedication will give a new impetus to the development of national science!We hope that under the leadership of A.G. Zagorodny The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine will be able to successfully combine long-term traditions and achievements with modern challenges and trends in world scientific thought.
