All-Ukrainian Olympiad of VN Karazin Kharkiv National University in Physics

In 2020, at the V.N. Kharkiv National University Karazin was held All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Physics for vocational guidance of applicants on the basis of a complete general education.
To participate in the Olympics were allowed persons who have received a full general secondary education, or are students in the final grades of general educational institutions, or are entitled to receive a document on full general secondary education at the school year of the Olympiad.
The Olympics consisted of two rounds of correspondence (distance) and the second round.
Dates of the correspondence (distance) tour: From March 10, 2020 to April 12, 2020.
Part-time results available at the link. Participants who received at least 75 points in the correspondence round were invited to the second round.
The second round of the Olympics was held 05/23/2020 in remote mode. Results of the second round are available at the link. Deadline for appeals: from 05.25.2020 to 05.28.2020.
The winners of the Olympics are awarded an additional 20 points to an external independent assessment in physics when calculating a competitive score at the university. In particular, additional points are added when entering the specialty of the RBECS faculty: 105 “Applied Physics and Nanomaterials” (educational program “Radiophysics, Biophysics and Computer Systems”) and 153 “Micro and Nanosystem Systems” (Educational program “Biomedical Electronics and Computer Systems “).
