The Galileo Galileo Medal (ICO) is awarded for its outstanding contribution to the development of optics. This year Alexander Nosich became the winner of this honorable award.
Alexander Nosich received higher education, as well as both academic degrees, within the walls of our university, at our faculty.
The commission decided on the award in early October 2017, and in 2018 the solemn ceremony will be held.
