From 15 March to 15 May 2016 the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy of the Republic of Austria announced a contest of joint Ukrainian-Austrian research projects to be implemented in 2017-2018.
The contest is open to all laboratories or research groups of higher education institutions, research institutions and enterprises of both countries.
To participate in the competition are accepted projects in accordance with the priority areas of science and technology in Ukraine, namely:

• High Energy Physics;
• Ecology;
• Biotechnology;
• Information and communication technologies;
• Nanophysics and Nanotechnology;
• Humanities and social sciences.
