Who prepares by faculty
Bachelors and masters for specialities 105 “Applied Physics and Nanomaterials” and 153 “Micro- and nanosystem technique” and bachelors for speciality 126 “Information systems and technology”.
The terms and conditions of training
Study carried out for 5.5 years for two-stage system. After 4 years, students receive a bachelor’s degree in areas of applied physics or electronics, then another 1.5 years for qualification levels “Master” or “specialist” according to the chosen specialty. Boys faculty while receiving military profession and become a reserve officer. All students from other towns campus located at ul. O.Yarosha, 11 (metro station “Botanical Garden”).
Conditions of entry
The list of competitive items for applicants in the 1st year:
- Ukrainian language
- Mathematics
- Physics, foreign language, geography, biology, chemistry, history of Ukraine (for choice)
Also a certificate is taken into account, and additional points for special achievements are added (Olympics).
Admission to the 2nd year
Persons who have received an educational and qualification level of a junior specialist can apply for the 2nd year of our faculty for training for specialties 105 and 153. For such applicants, an additional examination is given in general physics ( List of questions for this exam).

Educational program: Radio Physics and Electronics
licensed volume set of 67 places (45 budget places). - Specialty : 105 Applied Physics and Nanomaterials
Educational program: Biophysics
licensed volume set of 30 places (15 budget places). - Specialty: 153 Micro- and nanoelectronics
Educational program: Micro- and nanoelectronics
licensed volume set of 15 places (15 budget places).
Those who wish can continue their studies in postgraduate and doctoral studies.
